He is a founder of Compass Consulting. Paolo Gallo has served as Chief HR Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at the World Bank in Washington DC and Director of HR at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London, with prior experience at the International Finance Corporation in Washington DC and at Citigroup in London, New York and Milan, his home town. Paolo is also a member of the Adjunct Teaching Faculty at Ashridge-Hult Executive Education in London and Bocconi University in Milan. With his Executive Coaching and Advisory practice, he supports people and organizations in transition. Paolo graduated with top marks in Organizational Behaviour from Bocconi University, Milan.
